Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment with us you are entering a verbal agreement with The Right Cut that you will arrive to your appointment and you agree to our cancellation policy which is as follows:

To ensure the best service experience for all our clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost is required to secure your appointment for all new colour clients, which will be applied towards your service. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or no-shows will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the service cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances do happen. Cancellation fees can be removed at our discretion.
New Clients
New clients scheduling a chemical service must first schedule a complimentary consultation. This allows our stylists to thouroughly discuss your hair wants and needs as well as assess your hair to ensure adequate time is booked for your appointment.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is necessary to secure your booking. This deposit which will be applied to your service cost, and it can be transferred if you reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.
If your deposit remains unpaid one week before your appointment, your reservation will be cancelled.
Arriving Late
We value your time and strive to provide efficient service to all our clients. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you anticipate being delayed by 5-10 minutes, please notify us as soon as possible.

Please note that arriving late may limit the time allocated for your service. In such cases, adjustments to your appointment may be necessary to accommodate our next client. We will make every effort to complete your service to the best of our ability within the remaining time. However, if adjustments cannot be made, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
In the event that we are running behind schedule, we will make every effort to contact you in advance to inform you of any anticipated delays. Your understanding and flexibility are greatly appreciated.
Pricing
At The Right Cut Hair & Beauty Retreat we strive to provide clear and transparent pricing for our services. The prices listed on our website or any other online platforms are intended as a guide and are subject to change at our discretion. While we make every effort to ensure that all pricing information is accurate and up-to-date, please note that final pricing may vary depending on factors such as hair length, thickness, stylist expertise, and additional services requested.

Quotations provided over the phone or online are estimates based on the information provided. The final price may be adjusted after an in-person consultation or upon assessment by one of our stylists. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, but rest assured, any changes will be communicated clearly before services are rendered.
Payments
Payment for services is due at the time of appointment completion. We accept Cash, Card, Credit, Afterpay and Salon Voucher for your convenience.
Vouchers
Vouchers issued by The Right Cut Hair and Beauty Retreat are valid for a period of one year from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. They can be redeemed for any services or retail products available within the salon.To redeem a voucher, please present it at the time of payment. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other vouchers. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Please treat vouchers as you would cash.

Resolution Process
Our first priority is to rectify any issues with a redo of your hair to ensure your satisfaction. However, if a redo is not feasible, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Exclusions
Please note that certain situations may not be covered under our satisfaction guarantee:
Issues such as colors fading due to improper home care, fading of fashion colors, toner fading, damage caused by incorrect home care to natural hair or extensions, or other circumstances beyond our control may also be excluded from our satisfaction guarantee.
If you have dark or colored hair and desire to achieve a blonde/light shade, achieving the desired result may require multiple attempts and is not guaranteed in one session.
